Researchers looked at four positive lifestyle habits – taking exercise, a healthy diet, drinking alcohol in moderation, and not smoking – and then studied whether sleep was as important.
A healthy diet, proper exercise and moderate amount of alcohol consumption reduces the chance of cardiovascular disease.
However, the results will be improved by up to 22 per cent when you had a sufficient sleep. So have a nice sleep and be healthy.
